Is it really free to try?
Yes. A new account starts with Rs 300 of free credit, about 3 designs on Studio. You don't need a card or any payment to sign up.
What is the free sample, and how is it different from the free credit?
The free sample is one design we make for you: send a customer's photo on WhatsApp and we send it back within a day, with Tajassum's name on it. One per business. The free credit is for making your own designs in the app, with your logo, name and number on them. You can have both.
How do I pay?
Top up any amount from Rs 500: message us on WhatsApp and we will send you the payment details.
How fast is the credit added?
As soon as we see your payment screenshot on WhatsApp.
Is there a monthly fee?
No. There is no subscription and nothing is charged automatically. Credit is used only when a design is made, and credit you buy never expires.
What if a picture doesn't come out right?
A picture that fails to make costs nothing. AI pictures are a realistic preview to help your customer decide, not an exact copy of the finished work, so small details can differ. If one part is off, use “Continue from this” to fix only that part instead of starting again. Pointing on the photo where each stone goes gives the best results.
Can I use my own marble and designs?
Yes. Add a photo of each slab or design to your catalog, many at once if you like, and your customers see your stone under your names.
Can other sellers see my stones or my customers' photos?
No. Your catalog and your pictures belong to your account only. We don't sell your information, and we don't use your photos for advertising.
Will my name be on the pictures?
Yes. Your logo, business name and number go under every picture you share, and one tap makes a short before-and-after video for WhatsApp Status.
Do I need to install an app?
No. It opens in your phone's browser, and on a computer too.
What kind of photo works best?
A clear phone photo in daylight, taken straight on, with the whole floor, wall or stairs in view. It works for floors, walls, stairs, pillars, house fronts and kitchen counters.
What is the difference between Pro, Studio, Standard and Basic?
